Returns & Refunds

Cancel anytime before shipping — full refund
Every piece is made to order, so there is a window of 1–3 months between your order and its shipment. During that entire time you can cancel for any reason and receive a full refund. Just email us at veltiora2026@gmail.com. No questions asked.

30-day returns after delivery
If your piece arrives and it is not what you hoped for, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please contact us before sending anything back. Items must be unworn and returned in the original VELTIORA box. Return shipping is arranged by the customer.

Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery, with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping and send a replacement, or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Refund timing
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.
